Springbok Sponsors Collaborate in Quirky DStv Adverts

Cape Town, South Africa – In a bold move that underscores the strength of collaboration, Freddy Hirsch and THIRSTI, proud partners of the Springboks, have teamed up to create a unique advertising campaign titled “Chasing the Fun.” The campaign, which pairs the Exclusive Braai Partner, Oom Freddy’s Legacy, with the Official Water Partner, airs on 9 March during the rerun of “Chasing the Sun 1.”

This collaboration follows the Springboks’ triumphant 2023 victory in France and the anticipated release of “Chasing the Sun 2,” which airs on SuperSport from 24 March. The “Chasing the Fun” adverts feature a series of lighthearted and playful scenarios starring Springboks Frans Malherbe, Manie Libbok, Willie Le Roux, and Deon Fourie.
